Following her graduation, Molly spent over a decade practicing law at prestigious law firms in the Washington DC area. Throughout her career as an attorney, she represented numerous clients in divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and financial settlements. This invaluable experience allowed Molly to observe firsthand the profound impact of divorce on families and individuals, inspiring her to pivot toward divorce consulting, a role in which she felt she could offer meaningful, holistic support.

Recognizing the need for guidance beyond legal representation, Molly founded The Saxon Group.
